The therapist's training enables them to help the client look deeper into their processes and the interpersonal relationships in their lives by examining current and past events, how they've been affected by them and examining the relationship within the room.


It is a process used to help anyone gain self-awareness and enable positive change not just for people experiencing depression, anxiety or any other mental health issues but also for people who want to get to know themselves better.
